  1. So stoked to run the ego lifting study. Do you think ego (cheat-form) lifting or strict-form lifting will result in better muscle growth?

  2. rom is subjective and a stretch does nothing besides SMH which is a short term thing and wont benefit you past a few sessions furthermore something like the lats dont benefit from a stretch and they lose leverages meaning you will have to recruit other muscles to get it back into the desirable rom for the lats before they fully engage again
