  1. Some people like to plan, and may even be good at it, but also find that they enjoy when they figure things out as they go. (I’m like this)

  2. U have to enjoy it or find ways to make it more enjoyable or more easy to sustain . Working out with music is fun love it . The diet is what is hard . I been maken diet fun and mixing it up more . Give yourself cheat days when u deserve it ect
