  1. I must be missing something here…
12 sets a week x 3 minutes each sets x 10 body parts (calves, quads, hamstrings, glutes, biceps, triceps, shoulder, chest, back and abs) = 6 hours
Spread over 3 days it’s 2 hours each session… assuming you can perform for 2 hours straight lifting every 2 minutes (rest period).
If you follow the recommendation of 3 minutes rest, aim for the 20 sets, and do more splits for abs lower/upper, rear/mid/front delt, upper/lower/ back and lat, trap, etc etc etc, you are around 12 hours…
Now we know why 90% of people fail at the gym…

  2. Progressive overload is where you have an obstacle course of barbells of different weight – the circuit starts with the lowest weight where you do many reps, the last barbell is the heaviest where you do fewer reps. Jas-it!. better to use proper form, 12 reps and failure – exercise to failure with proper form, if looking for lean mass, *increases HGH* for a lean hard strong build. Thank Y’all 🌯🦍🧬🐤🐽🐖🐷🚀♂💪🏋‍♀ –it does appear chicks like the hard stuff.

  3. I love how this video makes progressive overload seem less intimidating! I’m going to use HermQ’s shred program and apply this, hopefully I see great results!

  4. Simple and effective explanation! I’m going to start applying this to my workouts immediately. I’ll be sure to check out HermQ to see if they can help me track my progress better.

  5. 1:25 is the most intense, hype, and cutest thing I’ve ever witnessed. 😊

I can hear the chick going like, “hnnnnnhhh!!!!! Moar poweeeeeerrrrr!!!!!!!” in the cutest voice possible.

And I’m friggin HERE for it! Awesome job on the video and animations.
