  2. I’ve been feeling like sh for a long time now, I reduced my usage of social media big time and that was very beneficial but I noticed that I was still having really negative thoughts during those moments in which I was not distracting myself. I decided that I have learnt my social media lesson since I really don’t feel like I depend on it anymore, Instagram bores me now and I know I don’t feel good after using it, I might watch a few reels and laugh but it’s like my brain tells me right away okay put it down I’m bored. Well, the thing is that now that I have more mental free time, I still noticed those negative thoughts and my energy was really low, I took a lot of naps to replace my screen time, wasn’t eating right either.
So it was time for level 2, have you guys seen Demon Slayer? the hashira training arc in which you go from one hashira training to the next only after having approved the previous training? well, that gave me the inspiration for “my physical training arc”, social media was approved so a couple of days ago I started working out everyday, I go to the gym one day, the next I go for 1h 30min walk and so on, that way a move my body everyday and I don’t hate it, the thing is I stared REALLY noticing an improvement on my mood, like it’s crazy, felt instant, I feel WAAAAAAY better and I don’t have that many negative thoughts, I still have some but I know for sure that it’s getting better, so I came to watch these videos to explain to me why I feel so good haha
