  1. Bingo! My dad used to say the exact same thing. He is always in good shape and I quite frankly, was not so I remember asking him “how do I maintain being healthy and exercising my whole life??? It really feels impossible.” He told me “Do something everyday. You don’t need to go hard and exercise like crazy. But just do something. If you got some weights maybe hit them for like fifteen to 20 minutes. You don’t feel like hitting the weights do some body weight work for a few minutes. Don’t feel like doing that, go for a walk. Just do something, every day. It doesn’t always have to be the same stuff.”

  2. just beaus to shift your mindset from perfection to do something no matter what it slow or fast it doesn’t matter, the thing matter your mindset to continue
