  2. The problem with me is that I have to rely on transport becuase Im 14, I want o goto the gym, and if I didn’t I’d still go, but I can only go 4 days a week usually, as long as I’m working hard is that ok?

    Also, I do a ppl split but since average 4 days do you think an upper lower is better? As I’d hit each muscle group twice a week

  3. Why don’t you try the Gamified Fitness Planner, to turn workouts into videos games, this way it would be addictive, and you will Level up in real life. Maybe, you surely should try that Gamified Fitness Planner

  4. I do a reload day if i don’t feel like going cut volume in half for that day instead of skipping
