Everyone likes this guy but every time I listen to him a) he talks so slow I want to blow my brains out with boredom and more importantly b) he says something fucking stupid. Folic Acid is not the same as Folate. Do not take folic acid. Avoid it completely. It is not a nutrient. It is fake, does not occur in nature, is not required, is not a vitamin. FOLATE sir, FOLATE.
