Proper hydration doesn’t mean drinking a lot of water. You also need a good balance of sodium (healthy salt), potassium, and magnesium.
Massage is best, I use foam roller and Muscle Pick
You guys just saved me from a day on the couch
ice bath and protein-calorie proficit
I must have some sort genetic abnormality, i get 25k steps everyday, i do kettlebells everyday, and lift full body 3x a week. My steps are hell everyday because my hamstrings and quads are always sore been on this regiment for about 6 weeks now. For kettlebells i do 100 each of goblet squats, horn presses, deadlifts, swings, bell pushups, gorilla rows, upright rows. Upperbody feels fine and lower body is just always wrecked. Im highlighting the kettlebell work because i wasnt experiencing this with just full body exercises and my steps. When i added the kettlebells life just became miserable in terms of doing my steps.
