  1. Preworkouts are vastly overpriced for what you’re getting and some labeling/ingredients can be deceiving. If you wanna save some coin and know exactly what you’re taking, make your own pre workout at home. Caffeine powder, L-Citraline, beta-allinene, betaine, creatine and your favorite flavored water powder is my go-to mix. Took me a few tries to dial in the ratios and always take it easy with the caffeine if you’re sensitive. More gains mo money!

  2. Pre workout supplements are unnecessary. Eat some protein and carbs an hour before you lift and drink a sugar free energy drink of your choice a half hour before. Have plenty of water for during the workout and you’re gold.
